    We will take a 30 minutes video-call in which we will know your requirement in general and determine how we can start helping you. We have a questionnaire prepared in order to make the most of the meeting. We can sign an NDA in this step if that makes you feel more confortable.

  • Functional specification

    We will transformation of your business ideas into the strong product vision. This includes defining use cases, user flows, database schema, 3rd party services integrations, etc. with a focus on your goals.

  • Visual prototypes

    A detailed look and feel of your future product tailored for your business and in line with your strategic goals. This includes wireframes and screen flows to ensure a good user experience, as well as full design with visual elements and a high-fidelity visual representation of a product.

  • Budget Analysis

    Based on all the details captured and now that we have a more concise idea of the final product we will send you an estimate of time and costs in order to make your product happen. Let's evaluate together some options in case is any mismatch between the business objectives and the costs of the project.

  • Development Roadmap

    If the budget proposed works for you we will define the main milestones of the project, so that you can be in control of the development progress from the very beginning.

  • Kick-off

    Everything is ready to start, we will define the optimal start date for the project and in the meantime we can sign the contracts of service.
